Please send an email to contact@favorety.shop with the subject line: “Security Vulnerability Report”. To help us address the issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue (e.g., a bug in the checkout, a data leak, or a broken link).
  • The URL or page where the issue occurs.
  • Step-by-step instructions (or screenshots) so we can reproduce the problem.
  • Your contact information so we can follow up with you.

2. Our Commitment to You

If you report a security issue in good faith, we promise to:

  • Acknowledge: We will respond to your report within 2 business days.
  • Investigate: We will work quickly to validate and fix the issue.
  • Confidentiality: We will keep your report confidential while we work on a solution.
  • Safe Harbor: We will not take legal action against you as long as you follow the guidelines below.

3. Guidelines for Reporting

To protect our customers, we ask that you:

  • Do not attempt to access, modify, or delete any customer data that does not belong to you.
  • Do not perform “Denial of Service” (DoS) attacks or anything that slows down the site for other users.
  • Do not share the vulnerability with others until we have had a reasonable time to fix it.
  • Do not use social engineering or phishing against our staff or customers.

4. Out of Scope Issues

While we appreciate all feedback, the following are generally not considered security vulnerabilities:

  • “Clickjacking” on non-sensitive pages.
  • Missing security headers that do not lead to a direct exploit.
  • Spam or “Brute Force” reports (we have automated systems to handle these).
