You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 90 days, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To ensure the integrity of our inventory, returns must meet the following conditions:
Condition: The card must be in the exact condition it was received.
Tamper-Proofing: For graded cards (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.), the protective slab must be unopened and free of new scratches or cracks.
Packaging: Raw cards must remain in their original sleeves/top-loaders.
Once your return is delivered to our New York office, we will inspect the item to verify its authenticity and condition.
Inspection: This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
Refund Issued: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong card sent or damaged during transit), we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For “change of mind” returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
