1. Wholesale Requirements

To qualify for wholesale pricing, buyers must provide:

  • A valid Business License.
  • A Resale Certificate/Tax ID (New York businesses must provide a completed Form ST-120).
  • An established retail presence (physical store or dedicated e-commerce site).

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

  • Opening Order: A minimum of $500 is required for your first wholesale purchase.
  • Re-orders: A minimum of $250 is required for all subsequent orders.
  • Some high-demand products may be subject to allocation limits to ensure fair distribution.

3. Pricing & MSRP

  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
  • MSRP Policy: To maintain market health, we request that all “In-Print” or modern products be advertised at or above the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the first 30 days of release.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Wire transfers.
  • Net-30 terms are only available to established partners after six months of consistent order history.

5. Shipping & Handling

  • Handling: Wholesale orders typically require 2–3 business days for secure bulk packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
  • Insurance: All wholesale shipments over $500 will include mandatory shipping insurance, billed to the customer.

6. Returns & Damage

  • Final Sale: All wholesale transactions are final. We do not accept returns for “slow-moving” inventory or market price fluctuations.
  • Damages: Any shortages or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the outer shipping box and the damaged product.

7. Restrictions

  • Third-Party Platforms: Wholesale partners are prohibited from selling Favorety LLC exclusive bundles or “repacks” on Amazon or Walmart.com without prior written consent.
