Warranty & Replacement Policy

At Favorety LLC, we provide a specialized warranty tailored to the unique nature of sports cards and collectibles. Because the value of a card is tied to its condition and authenticity, our warranty focuses on these two critical areas.
1. +1 Year Authenticity Guarantee
We stand behind every card we sell. We provide a 1-year limited warranty specifically covering the authenticity of our products.
- Scope: If any card purchased from Favorety.shop is determined to be inauthentic or counterfeit by a premier third-party grading service (PSA, BGS, or SGC) within one year (365 days) of the purchase date, we will provide a full replacement or refund.
- Requirement: To claim a replacement under this guarantee, you must provide a formal “Inauthentic” or “Questionable Authenticity” report from one of the grading services mentioned above.
2. Shipping Damage Replacement
While we use industrial-grade packaging (top-loaders, bubble mailers, and reinforced boxes), we understand that accidents happen during transit.
- Arrival Guarantee: If a card arrives with damage not disclosed in the original listing (e.g., a cracked slab or a bent corner due to shipping), you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
- Reporting Window: You must report shipping damage to contact@favorety.shop within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged card and the original packaging.
3. Replacement Process
Because sports cards are often unique (1-of-1s, specific serial numbers, or unique grades), an exact “identical” replacement may not always be available.
- Option A (Identical): If we have another copy of the card in the same grade/condition, we will ship it to you at no cost.
- Option B (Store Credit/Refund): If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. What is NOT Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Market Volatility: We do not offer replacements or refunds because a player’s performance declined or the card’s market value dropped.
- Post-Delivery Damage: Damage caused by the customer after the 90-day return window (e.g., dropping a slab, improper storage, or removing a card from its original holder).
- Third-Party Grading Results: We do not guarantee that a “raw” card will achieve a specific numerical grade (e.g., PSA 10) if you choose to submit it for grading yourself.
