We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Accuracy of Collectible Information

We sell sports cards and collectibles. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our descriptions (grading, condition, and year), we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • Market Volatility: Prices for sports cards are subject to change without notice based on market demand. We are not responsible for price fluctuations after a purchase is completed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Handling: Orders are processed in 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery: Estimated delivery is 3 business days within the USA.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier (USPS/UPS) once the package has left our facility.

4. 1-Year Authenticity Guarantee

We provide a +1 Year Guarantee on the authenticity of all cards.

  • If a card is found to be inauthentic by a major grading house (PSA, BGS, SGC) within 365 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund.

  • This guarantee covers authenticity only, not “financial performance” or market value changes.

5. Returns & Refunds

Your use of our site is subject to our Refund Policy, which allows for returns within 90 days and provides a 7-day processing time for refunds. Cards must be returned in their original, tamper-evident state.

6. Limitation of Liability

Favorety LLC shall not be liable for any lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our products or this agreement.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
